    Glass / vinylester laminate with carbon reinforcements in selected areas. Sandwich topsides and single skin bottom. Fibre reinforcements are multiaxial or unidirectional Bottom stiffeners reinforced with unidirectional carbon and multiaxial glassfibre in selected areas. GRP engine beds. KEEL Antimony alloyed lead bulb and fin with upper flange recessed into hull. Fin bolted to hull with high tensile steel bolts. Race fared. Keel is at maximum weight and depth. RUDDER Foam filled rudder with carbon/epoxy stock. Raced fared and templated. STEERING Aluminium quadrant. Cable steering with roller bearing sheaves.     Final notes
    Trafalgar is an excellent example of this hugely successful one design fleet. Since her delivery she has mainly been used for class racing.
