Description
Fantastic X-46 painted in classic and elegant dark blue color. Prepared for blue water navigations, with extensive and good equipment and in very good condition. On deck, everything about the boat bespeaks performance. The German-style double-ended mainsheet leads from the gooseneck through blocks and under the deck back to the cockpit, giving a clean, efficient appearance. The X-46’s interior is sumptuous, with pleasing details everywhere you look. The grain in the high-quality teak is carefully matched throughout; battens under bunks promote ventilation and comfort; a single lifting eye at the boat’s midpoint simplifies hauling and shipping. Like other X-Yachts, the structure of the 46 stands out. The boat’s backbone is a massive galvanized-steel grid that picks up all the rig, keel, and machinery loads, rendering the vessel uncommonly stiff. Biaxial glass over divinycell orients the laminate strength where it’s needed. If poetry in motion is what you’re looking for, get thee behind this wheel.

The well-equipped galley has a large work (130x55 cm deep) surface. The top opened GRP (150 l) cooling box with 100 mm insulation, cooled efficiently by a refrigerator unit, provides a large cold storage capacity. For hotter climates we recommend the seawater-cooled Isotherm SP (see extras). Twin stainless steel rectangular sinks (52x27 cm) with hot/cold water-mixing tabs are integrated in the white melamine-working surface. The s/s gimballed gas stove has 2 jets and an oven. A 3 kg gas bottle is stored in the aft cockpit locker. New micro-wave. FINAL NOTES
    Final notes
The boat has to be sea-worthy, meaning: 1. The E-winch short circuit or earth fault has to be fixed, as well as the anchor winch remote control 2. We need to have a short sailing 3. Boat will be taken out of the water to check the rudder, the bowthruster cap, the vibration we noticed. We will clean it and put is back in the water (this inspection would be at my charge to the marina) 4. I need a proof of the VAT Paid (copy of the initial invoice or similar). 5. I would agree on a 10% deposit beforehand to show that I mean it. 6. As a general agreement: all not noticed issues (e.g. misfunction of the autopilot or a missing propeller blade) would have to be fixed at the sellers expense after the trial. Documents to deliver: - Adequate document that proves ownership and that all taxes, both local and European, are up to date. - Actual registration papers - Manuals and keys
